As a Sales Development Representative at Enlighten Designs, you'll be instrumental in driving sales success by increasing the volume and quality of sales-qualified leads. You'll process inbound enquiries, lead outbound campaigns, and support the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and respond to inbound enquiries with a friendly, natural touch.
• Transition marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads, showcasing your competent and confident approach.
• Conduct targeted outbound call campaigns, inspiring potential clients with our creative solutions.
• Support continuous improvement in marketing campaigns and business processes, staying current with the latest tools and trends.
• Progress selected sales-qualified leads through to the final sale, displaying your expert knowledge in a helpful, unpretentious manner.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly, consistently, and with integrity.
• Follow up on requests for information in a timely, human-centred way.
• Enter data into our systems or our partners' systems, as required.
• Produce insightful reports to track progress and performance.
• Provide secondary cover for reception, phones, and client care functions, showcasing your friendly and approachable nature.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record in managing inbound enquiries, outbound campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor and optimise campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO is also beneficial.
• Experience with platforms like ZoomInfo, Sales Rocks or LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be ideal.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey product features and benefits, interact with clients and colleagues, and create compelling marketing materials.
• The ability to analyse data, track performance, and adjust strategies to optimise campaign results.
• A creative thinker who can devise innovative solutions and strategies to improve lead generation and sales processes, embodying our value of creativity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new tools, technologies, and market trends.
• Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
